Yoga by Noel

Noel runs yoga classes (Vinyasa and Hatha) at the Lit every Wednesday, 6:00pm-7:00pm.  

These classes are a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day-to-day life. Relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centred and renewed. Every class has an element of pranayama (breathing techniques) and / or meditation, to allow the mind and body to calm even further, to aid in the restorative and stress relief effect of practicing yoga. A diverse and inclusive class, suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced.
