By The Egham Museum
CLOSING SATURDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2021
The Land in the Bend of the River’ is an exciting temporary exhibition curated by our neighbour, The Egham Museum in partnership with artist Estella Castle, funded by Arts Council England. Centring around the Museum’s John Hassell watercolour collection, the exhibition explores what life would have been like in the area 200 years ago. The two centrepiece artworks created by Castle using intricate straw-work inspired by the stories and crafts of the day, are a fantastic representation that bring to life Hassell’s paintings.
Opening Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, 10.30am-1.00pm until Saturday 18th December 2021
